The Distillery in Darlo is a boutique letterpress studio that opened its lovely doors to creative types in Sydney on Friday for the first ever 'Live at The Distillery'.
The night featured mega inspiring craft based designer Kit Palaskas giving a talk about her work and some tunes from Melodie Nelson, who happened to release her new album on Friday as well! It was a great night for the local scene, and apart from a few rude punters, it was a huge success!
It's awesome to see the space opened up as they have a pretty cool set up with 5-6 huge letterpress printers scattered throughout the large room. I'd love to do a workshop here actually (hint hint guys).
They will be putting these on monthly so make sure you keep an eye out for the next event, you can find their facebook page here.
